Prof. Dragomir Nenchev graduated in Computer Science and Robotics from the Technical University of Sofia. He is the author of multiple scientific publications and researches and currently teaches Robotics at Tokyo City University, Japan.
Prof. Nenchev has worked on many projects including a space robot hand installed on a satellite. One of his most recent projects is a home robot which by far has “learned” to prepare breakfast : it can take a slice of bread from the fridge, put in the toaster and turned it on, make a cup of coffee and serve the toast in your plate.
Prof. Nenchev assumes that robots’ presence in everyday life will increase gradually in the recent future.
