8% GUARANTEED RETURN OF INVESTMENT
An investment fund is a pool of money that is contributed by a small or large number of people known as subscribers, unit holders or shareholders that is invested and administered on their behalf. They share the proceeds (or losses) in proportion to their subscriptions after the costs have been deducted.
For clients who simply want to achieve capital growth, we offer 8% guaranteed capital growth fund in the form of an endorsed and registered company guarantee.
How does it work?
A group of investors (up to 20 people) with between €5,000 (five thousand Euro) and €10,000 (ten thousand Euro) each to invest join together and form a limited company in Bulgaria (a legal entity) and distribute between them the shares of the company according to the capital they have invested. The money collected is given to us and will then be used by Eurolink Group to purchase a suitable plot of investment land on your behalf, which will be registered to your company’s name and become the undisputed property of the company you have formed.
Your company then authorizes Eurolink Group (see “about us”) with an Letter of Instruction (LI) to sell the land, on to any third party under the condition that upon transfer of ownership, Eurolink Group transfers into a bank account(s) of your choice, the sum invested (initial purchase price of the investment land) plus a guaranteed interest accrued over the investment period of 8%.
If Eurolink Group fails to or chooses not to sell your investment land then it is obliged, on the maturity date of your policy (365th day after initial investment) to pay your company the guaranteed growth of 8% and initial investment, and release your company from the obligations contained in the Irrevocable Letter of Instruction.
ALL your interests are absolutely and indisputably safeguarded as your company is the freehold owner of the investment land. The profit is guaranteed by contract and in writing by Eurolink Group.
We also offer this service without a guaranteed return on investment; this is subject to a 10% commission charge based on profit after re-sale of investment land.
