10 huge panels depicting natural phenomena, monasteries and sanctuaries are going to be displayed at Varna Airport. Thus, the tourists visiting the Sea capital of Bulgaria will be able to enjoy the 2x1m images of Aladja Monastery, Veliko Turnovo, Pliska, the Madara Horseman, Nesebar, Pirin, the Rila Lakes, the Pomorie Salt Pans, St. Anastasia Island and the yacht port in St.Vlas.
The photo exhibition is a joint project of the Ministry of Economics and Energetics and ‘Standard’ newspaper. The creators of the project hope the beautiful photographs of some of the most emblematic Bulgarian landmarks will urge people to see them in person.
The photographs were first disclosed for the public on 5th September at Sofia Airport and, so far, it has been a huge success.
