It is a great pleasure for Sarah and me to inform you that today, we have received the full payment for the sale of our land in Bulgaria to Mr Mohamed bin Saleh Alzubeiri from Saudi Arabia.
I have to admit that at a certain point of time, we lost hope and thought that our Bulgarian investment was “money lost for good”, considering that 4 years after buying our 15000 square meter plot, no buyer appeared to buy it.
Thanks to you and your professional advise and approach, our pension fund money, not only have been saved, but have in fact been increased threefold, considering that our initial investment in 2009, of € 200,000 has put in our bank account over €600,000.
Today, as a token of our extreme gratitude and practical expression of our appreciation for your professionalism and unconditional help and advise and as the person who was instrumental for our present happiness, we paid to your bank account the sum of £40,000 additionally to your professional fee.
