Towering the whole region, right on the edge of the Artemis Grove Golf Course, Eagle’s Nest is in an idyllic setting with un-obscured views of the Varna Sea Lake, the nature reserve and the lake of Yiatata, and the whole Bay of Varna, all the way to the Black Sea.
Located only 300 meters from the Varna – Beloslav carriageway and surrounded by oak and pine woods on one side, and an ocean of vineyards on the other, in a few months Eagle’s Nest will become a home to a number of very special people. We are already working on the process of getting building permits for a project of 20 super luxury houses, most of which are already reserved by clients. The new internal road network, which we are presently building, will provide easy access to the main roads and arteries of the region, while the main infrastructure is in immediate proximity to the land (electricity, water, roads, sewage and communications).
